This model represents latest version of model 950-N / 950-BM electric door opener. The control boards have been updated to implement more functionalities while maintaining full compatibility with the existing features. The 950N2 is a silent and stylish swing door opening and closing unit that is reliable, safe, and suitable for hands-free and handicapped access. This model has a SLIDE arm which is for frame mounting only for in swinging doors. The 950N2 model is a spring-based system.

USB port for firmware updates and download / upload configuration, timer, events log
BASIC programming with on board by dip-switches and trimmers (same functions as the 950N)
New KP EVO unit allows ADVANCED and COMPLETE programming
Same connection terminals pin out of the 950N with the same functions to facilitate replacements. Just disconnect the terminal block from the old operator and connect it to the new one. (The only exception is the J6 - I/O terminal block that has been modified to introduce the new CANBUS interface)
CANBUS for a "smart" management of:
- INTERMODE: one master and up to 14 slave units sharing the same operating mode
- INTERLOCK: two doors, the opening of one is subordinate to the closing of the other
- MASTER / SLAVE: Connection of two synchronized operators on double doors
- INTERLOCK + MASTER / SLAVE (a combination of the two above)
8 programmable inputs (only from KP EVO)
